ABOUT US
We provide consultancy across interior and lighting design, tailored to the unique scale and purpose of each project. Our process is collaborative and detail-driven, including space planning, site coordination, and specialized lighting for facades, heritage buildings, and public spaces. Every project is shaped through close dialogue with clients and technical partners to ensure outcome is refined and versatile.
Light is integral to how we approach design. From early concept stages, we consider daylight, material behavior, and night-time presence to ensure lighting enhances well-being, performance, and identity. We also consult on larger-scale lighting strategies in collaboration with experts in dark infrastructure and urban policy.
At its core, VC Design is about creating spaces that are considered, responsive, and quietly expressive - where light, material, and function come together with precision and purpose.
Vision
We focus on designing the intangible - elements involving light and atmosphere that shape how a space is experienced. Light, in particular, allows us to reveal materials, guide movement, and shape emotion.
Our vision is to create spaces that are thoughtful, sustainable, and easy to connect with - both visually and emotionally.
Mission
We create spaces by integrating interior architecture and lighting with thoughtful attention to detail, atmosphere, and function. Our approach blends spatial planning, material understanding, and layered lighting to shape environments that feel distinct, comfortable, and well-composed.
With a strong focus on sustainability and dark sky–friendly solutions, we aim to design spaces that are both environmentally responsible and deeply attuned to human experience.

Reviving Valby Tingsted After Dark
